Their supply chain is open and transparent. The garments are manufactured in an independent factory in Noida, India, which employs a network of tailors and trains local men and women to meet international production standards. They implement ethical garmenting by providing fair wages along with a clean and safe environment to work in. Sustainability is a value that is at the core of their design philosophy. They consciously promote the usage of eco-friendly and low-waste textiles as a step to reduce the carbon footprint of the industry.
Rujuta Sheth & her team are inspired by artisanal communities across India and are working with them to promote hand woven fabrics and age-old textile techniques. Their collections have introduced an array of diverse techniques such as block printing in its various forms, natural dyeing process, different types of tie dye & shibori, hand weaving, appliqué work, and hand embroidery.
