Housgoods was started in 2012 using semi-precious stones, hand wire-wrapping and hammering techniques, combining pattern skills with unique designs out of cut metal. Each piece is handmade in San Diego and inspired by nature. Rivers, valleys, mountains and cities become colors, textures and organic shapes in one-of-a-kind pieces. Housgoods uses metals that are recycled/recovered or made from renewable materials, with gold coming from American mines or third-party-certified ethically mined metal.
Housgoods gives back to their community by partnering with Project Concern International's (WE) Initiative to teach weekly jewelry fabrication and design classes to low income women, helping lead them to financial independence and stability.
