To get started, please see our guidelines below. For a return shipping label, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and which item(s) you wish to return.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return or exchange it within 15 days of its delivery, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original labels and tags.
We can provide a return shipping label and deduct $5.95 from your refund. Shipping costs for exchanges are free in both directions.
In order to offer you our very best deals, sale item can only be exchanged (for another size or color) or returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery. Items and Collections marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

All items from our pre-loved Rescued Collection can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original labels and tags.

If you love your purchase but you want a different size or color, don't worry, we offer free exchange shipping! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which size/color you'd like to try instead.
Bodies come in a variety of beautiful sizes, shapes, and heights, so not all styles will fit all people right off the rack. Some simple alterations can often make something exactly right for you.
To encourage the lost art of personalization, we will reimburse the following alterations:
- Taking the hem up or down
- Shorten straps
- Taking in the waist
- Add snap or hook and eye at bust
Email us a photo or scan of your alterations receipt to email@example.com for reimbursement. Receipt must include business name, business address, date, and itemized costs. Some restrictions may apply. Applicable only on Bead & Reel orders over $100. Maximum $15 reimbursement. Altered items cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, upon approval a credit will be applied to your original form of payment or via gift card and you will be notified by email. It may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your statement. Sale items and Rescued items will be credited in the form of a gift card. Items and Collections marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
